Cancellations & Returns
Snug-A-Bug Babies offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the designs provided or have simply changed your mind, your order may be canceled. However, since each of our designs is created by one of our talented and dedicated staff members (we've got 2!), as a condition of purchase, any order canceled after we begin work (often in less than 4 hours from the time of order) will result in a $25 charge. If you have requested to see multiple designs the cancellation fee is $25 for the initial design, and $10 for each additional design requested (alternate designs provided by the designer are excluded). This fee is in place to cover the time necessary to create each customized design. Cancellation prior to proofs being complete will result in a full refund, paid by check. Cancellation of orders following completion of proofs will result in a total refund less design fees ($25). Should you cancel your order after it has already printed, the standard refund policy (below) applies. All cancellations must be made in writing to orders@snugabugbabies.com.
Please note, if we do not receive a response to your email proof package within 3 weeks (15 business days), your order will be canceled and all fees paid will be forfeited.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer errors or errors not caught during the review process. It is the customers responsibility to ensure at the proof stage that ALL information and ALL wording is correct prior to confirming the design and marking it "ready to print."
If you are not satisfied with your Snug-A-Bug purchase, it may be returned for a refund less shipping and design fees ($25). Returns must be clearly marked on the outside of the package and sent by traceable means to Snug-A-Bug Babies, 908 Rock Dove Court, Arnold, MD 21012. All returns must be received within 30 days of the original ship date. Please call us toll-free at 1-866-SNUG-A-BUG before returning any merchandise. Merchandise returned not following the outlined procedure will not be refunded.

All of the designs and images shown on our website are the property and the copyright of Snug-A-Bug Babies, LLC and may not be reproduced or used in any form, without direct written permission from Snug-A-Bug Babies. Reproducing copyrighted material is against the law.
Submitted Photos
The photos you submit for use on announcements, invitations or greetings, must be your own personal photos, or you have received permission from the copyright owner to use the photos. By submitting these photos, you acknowledge that we have the right to use these for the purposes of creating your announcements, invitations or greetings and you acknowledge understanding that your photos will be stored for a minimum of 6 months as a part of your order file. We may at our discretion delete images after this time period. For birth or adoption announcements, you must be the parent or legal guardian or have the permission of the parent or legal guardian of the child or children in the photos you are submitting.
You acknowledge that at our discretion, we may display copies of the designs provided to you in our online catalog or gallery, or in other promotional materials. Whenever we use a customer design as a sample online or otherwise, we will change all personal information including last names, addresses, RSVP information, and any other identifying text.
