Within 24 hours of ordering, we will provide you with a link where you can view the customized proofs we have created using your photo(s). This provides an opportunity for you to request further customization, or make any edits or corrections. On your proof page, you will also find 2-3 additional designs that we have created just for you. We do this because we find that it is often the case that customer photos work better on different designs, or sometimes we are just feeling extra creative, and we've done something completely custom using your photo(s) as our inspiration.About 60% of our customer choose one of the alternate designs! There is no additional charge if you select an alternate design.
It is important to us that you get exactly what you are looking for, so we do allow up to 3 revisions (there is no limit on number of changes per revision) of each proof during the design process. This process ensures that our customers are 100% satisfied. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for typing, image, or design errors introduced by customers during the design and/or proof review process.
We know how excited you are to receive your invitations, annoucnements and greetings. The total process from ordering of your photo magnets to delivery and arrival in your mailbox is generally accomplished in about a week! RUSH Services: Snug-A-Bug Blankets will ship FREE within 72 hours via USPS First Class Mail (US orders only). All magnet announcements, invitations and greetings will ship within 48 hours of order approval. If you are in need of a faster turn-around, please contact us to make arrangements for expedited service prior to placing your order.
Store Pick-Up Option: If you live in the Annapolis, MD area or Clifton Park, NY, you may be eligible for FREE delivery or in-store pick-up. Please contact us before placing your order.
Please note, if we do not receive a response to your email proof package withing 3 weeks (15 business days), your order will be canceled and all fees paid will be forfeited.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer errors or errors not caught during the review process. It is the customers responsibility to ensure at the proof stage that ALL information and ALL wording is correct prior to confirming the design and marking it "ready to print."
If you are not satisfied with your Snug-A-Bug purchase, it may be returned for a refund less shipping and design fees ($25). Returns must be clearly marked on the outside of the package and sent by traceable means to Snug-A-Bug Babies, 908 Rock Dove Court, Arnold, MD 21012. All returns must be received within 30 days of the original ship date. Please call us toll-free at 1-866-SNUG-A-BUG before returning any merchandise. Merchandise returned not following the outlined procedure will not be refunded.
Snug-A-Bug Babies uses a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all personal information about our customers. For the security of your payment information, Snug-A-Bug Babies never sees, nor does it store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely through Authorize.net.
