Proof Review

Within 24 hours, all customers receive a private link to review and approve proofs online.  This provides the customer with the opportunity to request edits, changes or corrections to the design selected. 

When reviewing your proofs, you will notice that in addition to the design selected, your designer has provided an additional design or two (or more) using the information and photos you provided. It is often the case that our designers are inspired by your photos and create completely custom designs just for you. Approximately 60% of our past customers have selected one of the alternate designs!

The review process allows for up to three revision cycles of your selected proof at no additional charge.  If more than three revisions are required, an additional fee of $5 per revision will be asssessed.
